Peninsula Valdes
Loreto Lodge

Peninsula Valdes is located 1400 kilometers away from Buenos Aires in the province of Chubut on the sea coast.
This geographical feature is home to a rich and autochthonous fauna. Penguins, albatross, seagulls, southern sea elephants, sea lions, dolphins and killer whales are some of the species you can encounter in the area. In the steppe you can find guanacos, patagonic hares (maras), ostriches and foxes. Although, the star of the show is the Southern Right Whale, which makes the gulfs of San Jose and Nuevo its home between the months of May and December.
The World Heritage Committee inscribed Peninsula Valdés on the World Heritage List in the year 1999.

This typical Patagonic Ranch, has all the amenities for you to enjoy a unique and rustic experience in your private corner of Patagonia. We could start your day with an early morning horseback riding to enjoy some whale watching from the cliffs. After a delicious Patagonic Lamb barbecue, we could go snorkeling with penguins and sea lions to a secluded beach.
We also offer a new traveling style, which is called Slow Travel. We encourage our guests to connect with nature and with them. This can be an opportunities to bond with the place you go, its people, and to leave all your worries behind. Our goal is to take care of all your physical and spiritual needs.
